Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy allows returns for 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Order Issues or Errors
If there is an error with your order or if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@artshattered.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear photos of the following:

  • The items received,
  • The card included in the box, and
  • The shipping label on the box.

We appreciate your cooperation in reviewing your order upon delivery and reporting any issues promptly.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after approval, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before refunds officially post.
  3. Contact your bank, as there can be processing delays.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged. If your custom item was damaged in transit, email info@artshattered.com with photos for further instructions.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, email info@artshattered.com for instructions.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
